Abstract- In an era of rapid innovation, small businesses face new challenges and opportunities in protecting their brand identity. This presentation introduces the fundamentals of trademark law—what trademarks are, why they matter, and how they safeguard business identity. We will explore the varieties and advantages of trademark protection, key registration challenges, and best practices for managing trademarks strategically. The discussion will then pivot to the growing influence of artificial intelligence on the practice of law and intellectual property rights.
